This is the only fitness and healthcare app I use on a regular basis (That should tell a lot about my fitness or the lack of it). The brilliant looking app comes with cool effects and sounds. The app lets you keep track of your weight on a regular basis and you can even plan a weight loss plan with it. From a gorgeous reports screen, a graphical progress of your goal can be monitored step by step. Personally, I would say Weightbot is the best Tapbot app ever. The app costs $1.99.
