Pulse iPad app receives major updates including personal blog from Posterous.

The iPad app for Pulse, Pulse News Reader, created by Alphonso Labs and more specifically, two Stanford graduate students, is one of the best RSS readers on the iPad, and their Pulse News Mini app, is one of the best on the iPhone.

Pulse News Reader for the iPad has just been made even better, receiving several major updates:

Users can create their “OWN pulse by tapping the heart icon.”

5 additional feeds, bringing the total to 25 feeds supported by Pulse News Reader.
