Worldlogger brings social media stats to your real-time analytics.

Let’s face it, there are a lot of options out there for tracking visitors and getting analytics for your site.  In order to stand out, an application needs to be something pretty special.  Worldlogger is just that sort of application.

It’s not the first time that we’ve seen a pretty UI on top of some great information, but Worldlogger has some unique features that set it apart.  Let’s jump in and take a look at what it does.

Your main dashboard gives a real-time traffic view, showing online visitors, pageviews per second and has a world map to show from where your visitors are coming.  But it’s the row of tabs across the top that really bring in the “something pretty special” features.

There are, as you would expect, tabs that show statistics for your visitors.  However, the Social Media tab is where things start to get really interesting.  Worldlogger can give you a real time look at both Twitter and blogs to see where your site has been mentioned.  Given the importance of social media in website traffic, this is an invaluable tool and can easily show you areas in which you’ll want to focus your site.

Continuing across the top bar, you also have options to look at your Traffic Sources, a dedicated Geolocation tab, Goals settings and of course a Visitor Info tab that shows you similar information to your dashboard.

Worldlogger isn’t free, but it won’t break the bank either.  In fact, you can pick up a basic plan for less than $5/month.  The basic will give you stats on one site, for up to 20k pageviews.  The pro level goes up to 5 sites and unlimited pageviews or you can hop all the way to premium for 20 websites and again unlimited pageviews.

As I mentioned, Worldlogger isn’t the only option for real-time analytics.  But the addition of the social media statistic really set it apart from the crowd.  We’ll be following Worldlogger, moving forward, and we’ll keep you up to date as the site releases more features.
