Apple will finally reply to your calls for help on Twitter

Getting through to Apple’s customer care team on the phone is like a game of roulette, you could get someone in two minutes today and wait hours the next.

Likewise, if you walk into an Apple store in any city in the world, you’re probably going to face a lengthy queue or be told to make an appointment before someone can help fix or look at your device.

Well, those days are no more. Apple has finally joined the rest of the modern world and launched an official support page on Twitter.

As well as helping you with troubleshooting, the company’s advisors will be posting tips and tricks about Apple devices. The first of these is a step-by-step photo guide on how to make checklists on the native Notes app.
