Apple pushes further into social media with Twitter account for Apple Music support

Apple has historically shied away from social media, but recently started to leverage it more with the adoption of Snapchat and Twitter as a way to get the word out about Apple Music and App Store apps.

Today the company has expanded that further, offering support for Apple Music over Twitter via a new @AppleMusicHelp account.

Between 6 AM and 8 PM PDT, you’ll be able to get help with Apple Music specific questions, though the account will direct you to its normal support page for any other queries.

The account only has a few tweets so far, but it’s already happily helping out users with issues this morning.

It’s likely we’ll see other Twitter accounts from Apple in the future, as it slowly brings more of its services onto social media.
