The initial countries are US, canada, UK, france, Germany, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, with 21 more following on the 28th.

The iPhone 4S drops to Free and the iPhone 4S drops to $99. The iPhone 3GS has been discontinued. All of the current devices will get the iOS 6 update. No mention was made of the iPhone 3GS but Apple did say that it would get it back in June.
