Student Allen Paltrow was 12 when he met Steve Jobs. Paltrow is a huge fan of Apple and had taken to shaving the company’s logo into the back of his head to celebrate every OS launch. His enthusiasm earned him a chance to meet Jobs himself and a story to last a lifetime.
The story of how Paltrow got invited to the grand opening of the 5th Avenue Apple Store in NYC starts with him emailing Jobs a picture of his head and an ‘enthusiastic and grammatically incorrect message’.
