Intel is giving a tiny, stealthy startup called Rosaic rare access to its Atom processor technology, a move it almost never makes. China threatens ‘resolute’ retaliation over the US robot ban, and it holds the rare-earth card
Beijing has threatened “resolute” retaliation after the US moved to bar imports of Chinese humanoid robots, calling the ban discriminatory and warning it severely damages trade ties. China’s leverage is real: rare earths and market access for Tesla and Nvidia. The catch is that the US can barely build a competitive robot without Chinese parts.
