Covenant leaves stealth with Anthem and factories in three countries
Covenant emerged from stealth on Wednesday with Anthem, a long-range strike weapon it says is built for production in the thousands, more than $250m raised across three rounds and roughly $150m in orders. Its Texas factory opened today, alongside plants in Saxony and northern Israel.

Silver Lake is merging Cegid and Silae into a €10bn French software group
Cegid and Silae, the two French business software companies Silver Lake already controls, plan to merge into a group valued at more than €10bn. Christian Pedersen joins from IFS to run it. The deal needs works council consultation and regulatory approval, and is expected to close in the first half of 2027.

Google and Accenture are putting 1,000 engineers inside client offices
Accenture and Google Cloud have formed a unit that will train up to 1,000 forward-deployed engineers to install Gemini Enterprise inside client companies. It is the fifth version of the same bet this year, after Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic and TCS all concluded that AI returns need people on site.
