Ex-Palantir engineers raise $600m to take on US health insurers
Angle Health sells health plans to American firms with as few as two staff, and says it renews them at 5% to 7% when the market is running at 18%. London's Vitruvian Partners led the round. Two thirds of the $600m is a secondary that priced below the headline valuation.

Revolut plans a dual London and Nasdaq listing, Storonsky tells Les Echos
Nik Storonsky has pointed to a London listing for the first time, after two years of saying the city could not compete with New York. Revolut was valued at $115bn in July. A partial London float would hand the exchange its biggest win since Wise moved its primary listing to Nasdaq.

Anthropic is paying the firm that will evaluate it, and says in the same announcement that this is not how it should work.
The evaluator is Accenture, already the largest deployment of Claude Code Anthropic has. There are still no standards for what embedded evaluators may see, or what they must report.
TIKTOK
TikTok’s settlement priced release from a 2019 privacy order at $100m. A judge has tentatively said the order stays.
The government agreed to seek the release and argued the obligations had been overtaken by events. Judge George Wu wrote that neither side had shown that.
