We have received several reports that there’s an advert circulating Facebook’s advertising platform promoting a teeth whitening service called “Dazzle White Teeth“.
You are then taken to the site and as with most ecommerce sites, asked to register and then enter your credit card details to purchase the product. We are then told that once you have purchased the teeth whitening product, the website then stores your credit card details and uses them to purchase several other of their products under your name.
A simple Google search for the product in question also comes up with several posts on forums made by members of the public that have also fallen for this scam through other website.
If you come across this advert on Facebook be sure to report it straight away and please do read all the fine print on the website so that you do not fall for this scam – no matter how much you want your teeth to glisten white! If you have already purchased product and notice unusual charges on your credit card or bank account then please give your bank or credit card provider a phone call as soon as possible!

over $500.00 out of my checking in one month. insuff. charges, couldn’t pay electric bill. didn’t recieve some of the merchandise and couldn’t get money back. they use different names, some of the telephone numbers on bank st. bogus. one guy told me a credit rating co. was behind it all. i hope someone can stop them. can you imagine how much they have gotten from all of us. yes, we should of read fine print. these companies have no integrity!!! i believe they had fraudelent intent when they began. Lordwilling someone who cares, and is smart enough will get them stopped. it would be nice to get my money back,however, isn’t looking good. boy have i learned a lesson. Lord help me to handle wisely, I pray these crooks see the light. Lord help us. Thank you.

What I like is they go with “DON’T LET YOUR DENTIST FOOL YOU!!! (Insert IP address located city here) MOM found an amazing tooth whitening tip!” Yeah… the dentist sure is the one out to scam you… right…

If you fall victim to this scam, replace your credit card with a new number, refuse any deliveries (make sure the PO scans in the returned package), dispute the charges with your CC company and, for fun, file a complaint with BBB on both companies. I got every penny back and they lost out on the shipping. Yes, my time is more valuable, but they will continue to make money if people don’t fight back.

Thank you for mentioning this. I think people really should do some research before giving out their card numbers so quickly. I recommend even going to bbb.org to see a site is accredited. It’s scary that stuff like this goes on so much. Be safe people :)
