One Jon Doe, an anonymous grad student from Georgia, is clearly the most passionate advocate of an Apple iTablet yet. The animator has gone to great lengths to create a number of videos demonstrating exactly how he believes the iTablet should and will work.
He has incorporated specific details relating to how existing Mac applications will work in the new environment, along with ways to edit text and even how the backlit Apple might bring a new twist. The results are seriously impressive. I’d watch all if I were you, if not, then just the first will do.

If Apple were to introduce a tablet like device.. I doubt it will work like this.
Lots of the UI is based on normal desktop computers, which might not be what tablet users want..
Like with the iPhone, Apple completely redesigned the way to control a smart phone.. Unlike some other OS’s which simply translate the desktop to a mobile environment.. (Or give it a minor twist)
I think Apple will do the same thing with a tablet device. It will be completely redesigned to fit the users needs..

I love that you took the time to make the animations. I just love them. It’s also cool that you took the Bumptop-like features into consideration, they would probably be the kind of thing to implement in a first generation of multi-touch tablets and the kind of inovation Apple would employ. I just feel so uplifted by the videos, i’we been dreaming of seeing something like this in action for some time. Hope Apple is working on it as we speak… Again, thx for the effort, I’m gonna show it to a lot of people just to get them inspired.
I tablet is not for everyone.
