Oh, and by the way, yes, running Linux (at least until very recently) meant that you had to go through a similar, but reverse process. Catching something somewhere, disassemble, transform, and work on it, until it turns into a computer.
I am with you Leonid…I would NOT want my computer to take off, Mac or PC…specially not a Mac considering the ticket price…Need I say more?

Probably because there are far more Windows users than Mac users. PC is the computer by the way, it could be running Linuz/BeOS/FreeDOS etc etc, rather than Windows.

I always find it funny that Mac fans bring up the fact that Macs can run Windows… Don’t you think Apple has something to do with the fact that non-hacked copies of OS X can’t be installed in Windows? That’s not MS’s fault lol.

I have both and I love that I can run XP/Vista while in OS X, but I’m not going to delude myself either.

for all of you, we talk about OS, PC= personal computer, so if it is apple, dell, clone or WHATEVER is still a PC. So, developers of hardware are the same for all, intel, nvidia, etc. Maybe OS X is a better system that windows, but i will never pay 50 times the price for a mac, when i can buy best hardware, make a cheapest and better PC, install it whatever OS i want and do whatever i want, so if you simply want to buy an icon “apple” behind your laptop or monitor and spend inncesary money, is your buisness and your buisness alone…

And yes a mac is technically a pc, but honestly we all know pc is a catchall term for machines running windows, linux.

It’s amazing how the poster of this video just related it to a Mac, because he was using a mac, it could have been a windows computer. he just HAPPENED to use a Macintosh, it could have been a PC. Now if the video said “hey i am using a mac” then there is no problem, but if you know french he says Ordinater, which means computer, it could be a PC or a mac.

Another I’d agree with. And for those that don’t know why, it’s because Mac locks you out of EVERYTHING so you can’t even customize it to the computer’s full potential (which, for a mac, uses hardware that is at least 1 yr older than the latest windows systems minus the cheap ones). Also, if you break something Mac makes you buy a new computer instead of fixing yours.

Actually, you can get the same utilities either for free or cheap if you know where to look for a Wintel system. So yeah. Mine’s cheaper.

Have you ever even actually bought a mac? It honestly sounds like you haven’t, because I have one, and when something breaks, they replace it. For free. Isn’t that a new concept for you PC users? Also, hardware is not the only thing that makes a computer good. Just because Macs might not have the same hardware that a PC does doesn’t mean it won’t run as well.
But the real question is, how much do you pay for anti-virus?

How much do I pay for antivirus? $0.00. When I’m not getting Norton Internet Security or the CA Security Suite for free with a rebate deal, I just download AVG or Avast, or one of the other free tools on this list:
