I always thought that people where mostly whining about apple’s approvement police, but our game CookieCOmbo was rejected 3 times for the same reason. Every time we tried to fix it, but just got the same response every time. Not really helpfull. But now we are in since last week and people start to get hooked, so it’s water under the bridge now :)
