It appears so.
At this moment in time, many blogspot blogs aren’t loading, YouTube is either failing to load or unsearchable and embedded videos aren’t loading elsewhere. Gmail is failing to load in some locations and more importantly google search is showing frequent server errors.
This is not good, particularly as its just 24 hours since the last officially downtime.
How are things on your end?
Update 1: This may once again be location specific. Reports from people in the US suggest they are only having issues with YouTube and some with GMail.
This is breaking news, more to come as we hear it.

Two hours ago youtube was down but google and blogspot ok. I’m from Spain.

Problem 414 UI too large
Having all kinds of problem in USA Maine the State of. Thought my browser was failing. Glad to find out it is Google but sad it is not working well.
Having problems with signing in to youtube and blogger i cant even get the sight to come up on blogger have to go to the library sometimes thought it was my cpu but guess not.
Having trouble connecting with Google
“Internet Explorer cannot connect to the internet” and this is when I have another tab open with yahoo, msn, and others just to test that I have connection.
also the tab disapears and a blank page appears…?
