Although you have been able to access Google Contacts exclusively via a GMail hack , Google have now officially given the service it’s own site at http://www.google.com/contacts.
We’re tracking down whether there’s a site available for Google Apps users too. If you’ve tracked it down, please let us know via comments!
We’ve just been notified that you can enable a contacts page in Google Apps control panel. The url then leads to http://www.google.com/contacts/a/YOURDOMAIN. Thanks Jaemi!

There is a setting to turn on a Contacts site in Google Apps. It’s been in beta there for a few months now I think.
doesn’t work, it links to a page where they tell you how to contact them.
Maybe not full blown CRM ala Highrise or Salesforce. I think it has more to do with Google Voice using the same “Contacts” as Gmail and all other Google apps. Also, makes life a little bit easier for those who use Google Sync to manage their Google Contacts.
Fixed, thanks Atul
Zee – You have the wrong hyperlink – text says http://www.google.com/contacts/ but the link is http://www.google.com/contact
“Although you have been able to access Google Contacts exclusively via a GMail hack” This is incorrect.
Google Contacts are also accessible from Google Voice. They are the same Contacts, not imported. So an edit in GV is an edit in Gmail.
whats a CRM?
well so far nothing happened there, still just contacts
naya
Could be great if Google starts a mini CRM solution which integrates with Contacts, Gmail and Calendar!!!
Go for it Google!
