Just found this hilarious FAIL cake on Flickr. The accompanying text:
Can you guess what happened? Apparently the printing process is mostly automatic and is printed directly from the website in edible ink. The designer didn’t catch it and they tried to sell it to the purchaser.

if!supportEmptyParas in a text was something that happened when someone took a text from a web page and passed it to word 2003 if the office 2003 suite has never been updated. that is where i have seen it. i only saw it once live in all my life. so it was not something that happened often at all.sometimes the word sheet would reflect the formating sometimes even rarer would just print it out without telling you. i really don`t know how it happened. the client sent a e-mail and the guy at the bakery used copy and paste and sent to print without looking?. the sheet didn`t showed the code and then as it was printed the guy at the bakery didn`t cared?.. that is what i am wondering about.
Hillarious one!
