Wife Killed After Changing Facebook Relationship Status to ‘Single’

logo_facebookA man has been found guilty of stabbing his estranged wife to death after she changed her Facebook relationship status to “single”.

According to the prosecution in the case in the UK,

“Richardson because enraged when Sarah changed her marital status on Facebook to single and decided to go and see her as she was not responding to his messages.”

After breaking into her home, Edward Richardson (41) carried out a “frenzied and brutal”  attack on the 26 year old.

The couple had split up around three weeks before Sarah Richardson was killed, clearly the initial split had nothing to do with Facebook.
