Computer Ownership Per Country

Israel has 1.5x as many computers per capita as the next five countries? Japan is also quite a surprise for me. Kuwait appears to be the highest for the Middle East with Switzerland reigning supreme in Europe.

Japanese people are cell-phone addicted, they don’t need PC’s.

I guess I’m not representative here having 4 computers just for my own ;).

“Kuwait appears to be the highest for the Middle East”

Aren’t Israel and United Arab Emirates in the Middle East? That’s really more of a rhetorical question.

There was a internal study in Mexico for 2007 and it showed 23 in ownership, 28 in internet usage and 35 in computer usage….so even if that study is not accurate, it is obviously more accurate than the one posted here because it is for 2006 and that makes it totally obsolete.
