Aren’t Israel and United Arab Emirates in the Middle East? That’s really more of a rhetorical question.
There was a internal study in Mexico for 2007 and it showed 23 in ownership, 28 in internet usage and 35 in computer usage….so even if that study is not accurate, it is obviously more accurate than the one posted here because it is for 2006 and that makes it totally obsolete.
