I hate that my first reaction to this was to wonder if they had the rights to use that photo.
@jesse I bet a 1000 dollars that they don’t have the rights for that picture. That is something a startup is not worrying about and… in the end, does it matter? The worst case is that mr T brings a visit to the plurk office and says: You fools! :)
Getting sued over that picture would be great PR…
