National Crime Agency

The National Crime Agency (NCA) is a proposed national law enforcement agency in the United Kingdom, serving as a replacement for the existing Serious Organised Crime Agency. The new agency will be launched on 1 October 2013 and will be fully operational by December 2013 subject to the Crime and Courts Bill, which was introduced to the House of Lords on 10 May 2012, receiving Royal Assent.
