When I logged on to Twitter this morning, I got a fright. My follower and following counts had both disappeared and Twitter was suggesting that I follow some users.
And it seems like I’m not the only one. Lots of Twitter users are reporting the same issue.

It is more than likely a bug, similar to the one that recently told people their profiles didn’t exist when they logged in.
While there are still ongoing reports of people getting the error, some users are also reporting that it’s returned to normal.
