Joseph Francis "Joey" Tribbiani, Jr. is a fictional character from the NBC sitcoms Friends and its spin-off Joey, portrayed by Matt LeBlanc. Joey comes from an Italian American family of eight children. His father Joseph Tribbiani, Sr. , after whom Joey is named, is a pipefitter and his mother name is Gloria. Joey has seven sisters: Mary Therese, Mary Angela (Holly Gagnier, awith whom Chandler had sexual relations at Joey's birthday party), Dina, Gina, Tina, Veronica, and Cookie.
