Workshop with Google: Sustain Yourself and Others

Sustainability is critical for any company, especially in terms of how we operate. This lab introduces a series of tools to help founders practice sustaining themselves and the people they work with in this marathon of life. The workshop, Sustain Yourself and Others, will be facilitated by Gibran Khan, Program Manager at Google for Startups.

Some of the key aspects of this workshop are:

• Understand your saboteurs, i.e. where you hold yourself back from successfully sustaining yourself and your startup.

• Explore with curiosity on how to respond to your saboteurs.

• Practice giving and receiving feedback for a stressful situation
