In this series of three interactive workshops with TNW Susanne Mostertman (Benelux Platforms Country Lead Benelux at Google) and RJ van Berckel (People & Culture Consultant and ex-Google People Partner Northern Europe) will share their insights on leadership and people management.
Some of the key aspects of this workshop are:

Speakers
Susanne is a creative & authentic business leader whose career spans across the Media & Tech industry over the last 20 years. With international experience living and working abroad across 4 different countries she can appreciate the richness of cultural diversity and as a leader finding everyone's true superpower. She developed high performing teams with great levels of psychological safety, empowerment and strong cohesion.
Susanne joined Google 9 years ago and currently heads up the Google Marketing Technology business for the Benelux (“Google Marketing Platform"), helping the largest advertisers and agencies make the shift to predictive marketing, leveraging data & AI in a privacy-first way. Before she worked in various senior business development roles across Google EMEA, 8 years of Accenture strategy consulting, and 4 yrs as digital strategy director in Sanoma. Next to her work at Google, she is a mom of 3 young girls and a member of the supervisory board at We are public (nonprofit start up in arts & culture).
Robert-Jan van Berckel worked the last 9 years in various roles in People Operations at Google supporting the scaling and exceptional business growth in the Benelux and Northern Europe. Prior to Google RJ held HR roles with Johnsons & Johnson Medical, Deloitte and RvdB, a dutch boutique HR consulting firm). His career spans 25+ years of HR leadership in a variety of industries. Recently RJ started his own venture as Consultant and Interim Manager specializing in People & Culture and Digital Transformation.
Beyond work RJ engages in his passion for people and connection playing padel, tennis & golf, cooking dinners for family and friends and volunteering for Adamas (center for living with and post-cancer).
