Workshop on inclusive leadership with Google

Whether you're managing an organization, team, or project, inclusive leadership is the key to stronger collaboration, better decisions, and a culture that works for everyone. Building inclusive leadership skills takes time and practice.

In this session, Abi Akakpo, Senior Industry Manager at Google, will be covering the foundations to inclusion & belonging and why this should matter for your organization, and how this can be accomplished at the core.

During this session, we'll cover the following topics:

  • What does Inclusion & Belonging mean?
  • What does it mean to lead inclusively (Self, Team, Systems)
  • Why does Allyship matter?
  • What actions can we implement to keep inclusivity at the core?
