State of Microservices 2020: Fireside chat for CTOs
Tuesday, April 21, 2020
If you’re a tech manager and wondering if you should jump on the microservices hype train… Then you’re probably already a bit late. The real question is not IF you should invest in developing microservice architecture but rather HOW to do it properly. The Software House has just released the State of Microservices 2020 report and, in just a week, it’s been viewed over 2000 times. They've realised that CTOs around the globe are extremely interested in the subject and that there are even more questions which need to be answered. For this reason they have decided to organise a fireside chat and invite leading software architecture authorities.
The fireside chat will be hosted by Marek Gajda (CTO of The Software House) and it will last around 1 hour. During the event, their experts will discuss these topics:
- Is maintenance and debugging the biggest problem when building microservices?
- How to transfer from debugging monoliths to debugging microservices?
- Is the cloud revolution already happening and how to get the most of it?
- When is it a good idea to stick to bare-metal servers?
- Why are JavaScript and TypeScript so popular among the microservice developers?
- Is it possible that we’re finally getting a universal programming language?
- Will the term “microservices” soon virtually evaporate?
