My name is Jordi Wardenburg, Partner at KPMG. As a broad business expert, I can help startups and scaleups make the right decisions around finance and operations. Over the years I have supported several scale-ups developing multiyear roadmaps with finance and operations projects that are needed to enable their intended growth. This often includes setting up and implementing processes around Purchasing, Sales, HR and Financial Control. Furthermore, I have extensive experience with developing financial plans, budgets and forecasts around cash flow and working capital. The result is a grip on performance, scalability of processes and minimal costs of the backbone.
