Speaker

Marco works as consultant in the Transaction Services practice of KPMG Deal Advisory in Amsterdam, where he conducts financial due diligence in M&A transactions since October 2018, interacting with a wide range of national and international clients. Marco’s relevant transactions include:

  • Buy-side due diligence for PostNL on the acquisition of Sandd
  • Buy-side due diligence for Vermaat on the acquisition of the convenience food retail chain STACH Food
  • Sell-side due diligence for Eneco’s shareholders on their disposal to Mitsubishi and Chubu

Marco holds a MSc in finance from Maastricht University with a master exchange at Peking University Guanghua School of Management in Beijing, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Trento. Marco is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture capital.
