Speaker Bio:
My name is Peter Kits, Partner Digital Law at KPMG. As a broad legal & regulatory expert I can help startups and scale-ups make the right legal & regulatory decisions around growth & innovation and operational efficiency. Think about privacy & data protection, regulatory compliance, innovation protection (intellectual property) and contracting 2.0. Over the years I have supported several scale-ups developing multiyear legal & regulatory roadmaps, practical regulatory advice and hands on contracts to enable their intended growth. This often includes setting up and implementing L&R processes, IP strategy and organization, collaborations with business partners and terms&conditions regarding sales. Furthermore, I have extensive experience with assisting startups and scaleups as advisor for HightechXL in Eindhoven, Brightlands, StartUp Bootcamp and BNF. The result is a grip on your legal & regulatory challenges and opportunities.
