Leadership workshop with Inspire Corps: Inspiring Performance Now and Into the Future

Today, we're facing more ambiguity and turbulence than ever before, and, as a result, we are left asking the question: what now and what next? While it’s tempting to look back and long nostalgically for “what was,” one of the only things we know for certain at this point is that there is no going back, rather, we need to look forward and reimagine success in the future. This is a great opportunity to create not only a new normal, but a better normal.

In this dynamic session, Jen Grace Baron, co-author of the new book 'Dare to Inspire: Sustain the Fire of Inspiration in Work and Life' will share a powerful framework to unlock inspiration based on original research, and guide participants through imagining new possibilities and activating new courage within their current, and evolving, world of work. Participants will see ways to use inspiration as a fuel and pathway to navigate uncertainty, lead change, and grow stronger in the process.

• Be introduced to a research-based, dynamic, framework that will help build agility and increase performance
