HR Insights Masterclass #5: Back to the office and employee wellbeing

Covid-19 has brought unique people challenges for start-ups and scale-ups ranging from remote on-boarding to upscaling or downsizing during a pandemic and anything in between. During this Masterclass, we will zoom in on the topic: "Going back to the office safely (or not) and employee wellbeing" Like our previous masterclasses, the first hour is interactive where everyone on the call share their tips and learnings. During the 2nd part of the session, our two guest speakers will share their insights and best practices followed with a Q&A.

• Vincent de Wit, Head of HR at Office App - With more than 10 years of experience working in HR & Recruitment at Tesla, GoPro, and Office App Vincent's focus has been on scaling companies, the right way. Returning to the office space safely has been his key focus this past period for Office App, especially the people side of it. We are very excited to have Vincent share his learnings and best practices on this topic during our masterclass.
• Sanne van Ruitenbeek, Owner and Attoreny-at-Law at Pallas Lawyers - Sanne has a track record in employment law working for start-ups, scale-ups as well as some of the most well-known companies. She has many publications under her name and is also a well-regarded teacher at the Erasmus and Vrije University for international employment law. Covid-19 has raised many new legal implications and questions and we are looking forward to hearing her insights on how to approach the next phase and returning to the office (or not).
