Emotional Intelligence: A necessary skill in 2021 and beyond
Tuesday, March 2, 2021
Simone Heijhoff and Jeremy Lipkowitz are looking forward to sharing some theory and practices with you from the Search Inside Yourself program, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence program that was developed within Google, and has now been taught in over 100 cities around the world, at companies such as SAP, Netflix, Procter & Gamble, and American Express.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has a positive impact on the performance, motivation, and well-being of individuals, teams, and organizations. Emotions are part of who we are and play an essential role in the way we show up. How do we manage our thoughts? What do we say when our emotions take hold of us? What do we do when faced with challenges or difficult situations?
The way we show up for ourselves and for others matters; it makes an important difference in life, and in business. With everything that is currently happening in the world, EQ is needed now, more than ever.
In this highly interactive, 90-minute session, you'll:
Learn what emotional intelligence is and why it is a necessary business skill for the 21st century
Understand how EQ links to attention practices (mindfulness) - through contemporary neuroscience
Have four practical and simple tools and techniques to help you feel more grounded and present in your day to day life
Sign up for this session and learn more about how to bring more EQ into your life and business!
