Learn how to Lead Impactful Virtual Meetings. To get you started, here are 3 simple tips to lead virtual meetings that will get you the results you want.

• Be brief. Be bright. Be done. Make your point in 60 seconds or less, and allow other people to respond and build upon your good idea.
• The 7 second pause. After a question, give people a chance to think, prepare and respond.
• Can John or Jane please take the word? Structure the conversation by calling out names. Non-verbal cues are not as clear on VC. Use names instead.
