Defining your mission statement: Workshop with Google
Thursday, May 7, 2020
Answering the question, “Why does my business exist?” serves as a foundation for any company's success.
By identifying the purpose of your company, you can better define and understand the goals your company should be committed to accomplishing and how to measure those goals (OKRs) efficiently.
This session will be run by Andreia dos Santos, Analyst at Google. Read more about Andreia below!
This session is the first part of a 4-part series with Google around defining and reaching goals, consisting of the following sessions:
- 7th May - workshop on crafting your mission statement
- 14th May - office hours with Andreia to review your mission statement (30 min 1:1 slot per company)
- 26th May - workshop on setting OKRs
- 2nd June - office hours to review your OKRs (30 min 1:1 slot per company)
Whilst it's recommended to attend all sessions, it is not mandatory. The office hours sessions on 14th May and 2nd June are only for attendees of the mission workshop and OKR workshop respectively.
