28-day dynamic mindfulness meditation and movement challenge

Do you want to create an immune-boosting and stress-busting daily meditation and movement morning routine to keep you healthy and relaxed during the COVID-19 period and after?

Research shows that the best way to create a lasting and effective daily meditation and movement routine is to practice at set times for a period of 28 days, with the support of a live (online) instructor and a group. The 28 Day Dynamic Mindfulness Online Challenge offers you support with 30-minute online live morning sessions to get and keep your mind and body in a shape during the COVID-19 period.

These sessions will be held every morning from 8.30-9.00 AM (on weekdays). You can join every weekday, which is ideal to learn this new habit, but you can also join part-time.

The daily 30 minute morning Dynamic Mindfulness sessions include:

  • Easy, time-efficient, and highly effective mindfulness meditation to calm your mind
  • Light physical exercise/Tibetan Tantra Yoga movements to release the typical “office stress” areas (neck, shoulders, and back).

  • Dynamic, explosive "energizer" movements to release tension.

  • Breathing work to optimize lung capacity and boost your immune system.

  • Optional short, engaging check-ins to stay connected with each other.

About

The coach for Dynamic Mindfulness is Ivar van Hoorn, an all around stress specialist: he works as a chair massage therapist at companies like Microsoft, Booking.com and TNW. He has also given in-company mindfulness coaching at organizations like Gemeente Amsterdam, Salonized, Egon Zender, PR.CO and TNW.
