Joshua Vasquez didn’t want to just throw his old GameCube away; he wanted to turn it into a robot. He threw in a few 10,000 RPM brushless motors, a transmission that could handle them, and a gear reduction to slow down the LEGO tires to an acceptable pace:
As you can see, the final result is pretty awesome: while it (sadly) can’t play games anymore, the robot is quick and has plenty of torque. You can read all about how Vasquez did it at the link below.
