Yahoo’s Sports app for iOS is receiving an update today that allows users to create animated GIFs of their favorite sports moments. When watching a sporting event or video, you can now capture a piece of history and apply your own caption, effects, and comments.
Called Loops, these animated GIF-like pieces of content will let anyone create their own moments without having to scour the Internet in search of that hilarious or important sequence, whether it’s a diving catch, a blooper, crazy fan antics, or anything else.
Yahoo has also given its app a redesign to better fit iOS 7.
