Wuaki.tv, the fledgling movie and TV streaming platform owned by Rakuten, has announced a partnership with UK broadcaster ITV to bring a slew of drama and comedy shows to its streaming service.
The service, which is only available in the UK, Spain and Andorra for now, offers two different payment options: unlimited streaming with a monthly subscription, similar to Netflix and LoveFilm Instant, or the option to rent and purchase digital titles individually, akin to iTunes or Vdio.
Now, Wuaki.tv users can also access a range of TV shows and movies from ITV, including the likes of The Royle Family, Cold Feet, Lewis, Law and Order, Prime Suspect, Endeavour, Lemon La Vida Loca and Titanic. The content is available as part of the Wuaki.tv subscription streaming service, or for individual rental and purchase.
