White supremacists plan to flood Twitter with ‘fake black people’

White supremacists are planning to create ‘fake black people’ accounts in protest to Twitter’s perceived crackdown on the alt-right. Earlier this week, Twitter shuttered the accounts of numerous members belonging to white supremacy, neo-nazi, and alt-right members.

In light of the perceived slight, Andrew Anglin of the neo-Nazi website ‘Daily Stormer’ called for a misinformation campaign, telling readers to create fake accounts on the platform. Anglin’s attempt to rally readers came in the form of a blog post. I’m not going to link it because fuck them.

When you have time, create a fake black person account. Just go on black Twitter and see what they look like, copy that model. Start filling it with rap videos and booty-shaking or whatever else these blacks post. Read through their posts to get an idea of how they post. You need to be able to post in a manner which is indistinguishable from normal black tweeters.

The move seems geared toward furthering the racial divide in the country with troll accounts that, presumably, are going to more closely resemble racially-driven stereotypes of black people than African American’s themselves.

It’s sad, really, but can we really expect an open line of dialogue or a proper discussion of Twitter’s problems from a site featuring headlines that read: ‘Jesse Jackson Says Pardon Hillary, She Dindu Nuffin Muffuguh,’ or ‘Dumb Old Jew Bitch Barbara Boxer Introduces Bill to End Electoral College?’ Perhaps ‘Rape-Hoaxing Slut Begs Glorious Leader Not to Sue’ is more your taste.

Currently, Anglin says the group has over 1,000 fake accounts, each aged and containing its own post history. 1,000 accounts is nothing in the grander scheme of things, but the post is spreading quickly on other alt-right and white supremacy websites and Facebook pages.

In the end, expect the protest to be a dud just like those that read the nonsense these assholes litter the internet with.
