There’s only 1 week left until the Dec 31st deadline for nominations in the inaugural The Next Web Australia Awards.
You can find out all the detail about the awards and how to nominate in the original awards post HERE
There’s been a bunch of really good suggestions across all categories but there are some startups and people that are clearly missing, so please make sure you nominate them or else they may not be considered.
As mentioned in the nomination rules, it’s OK to nominate multiple companies/people and to nominate yourself, so get in there. If you’re shy about nominating yourself or your project you can send it to me in an email.
Also, we’re running particularly short on nominations for the following categories, which is a bit surprising:
- Breakout Award – Startups that finally made it big in 2009
- Startup Person of the Year – To recognise an exceptional, inspirational person working in a startup
- Best Mobile startup – The big gong for mobile startups
- Best Enterprise startup – The big gong for enterprise startups
So make sure you spread the word by linking back to the original awards post so that we get as many good nominations as possible.
Not long now :)
