Welcome to the NEW The Next Web

Welcome to the NEW The Next Web

It’s been outrageously painful but today we’re proud to announce the relaunch of The Next Web! A new design that we hope will scale with us as we grow.

The site, currently stacked full of fixable bugs (what else do you expect from the next web?) is alive and brings together much of our vision and direction. We decided to give you more than just a ‘blog’. What we are aiming for is to give you a Dashboard to the ‘next’ web. We have interaction, content and (we hope you agree) a great look & feel.

The design was a joint effort but we would like to thank Lift for all the coding, WordPress implementation and actual design of the theme. We also want to thank Renato Olmos Valdez for his logo design (with a huge helping hand from Marc Köhlbrugge) and Carl Mangold for his iPhone App work.

In the past 2 years we’ve built a network of blogs with passionate editors committed to bringing the best content in their relevant subject areas and locations.
