It appears Mark Zuckerberg is on his way to Springfield, lending his voice to an upcoming episode of the popular cartoon; The Simpsons.
According to New York Magazine, Zuckerberg is set to record a guest voice for an episode entitled: “Loan-A-Lisa”, in a story that follows Lisa Simpson as she tries to help Nelson Muntz fund his new bike company.
Apparently, the pair will attend an entrepreneurs convention, leading to a chance encounter with Zuckerberg, who then reminds Lisa and Nelson that many successful entrepreneurs dropped out of school and still succeeded.
The rest of the story remains a secret, knowing The Simpsons writers we can expect a few playful jabs at the world’s youngest billionaire.
The show is likely to air around the end of September, broadcasting before the October 1st release of The Social Network. Other notable guests on the bill for new Simpsons episodes include the Glee cast, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, Flight of the Conchords and Alyson Hannigan.
