The 65th Annual Tony Awards was held this weekend and host Neil Patrick Harris did an absolutely fantastic job hosting. The opening number is getting tons of attention for its hilarious, ‘Broadway isn’t just for gays anymore’ theme but NPH deserves a ton of praise for just nailing the performance. Even Brooke Shields stumbling through a contributing bit couldn’t make this number any less awesome.

If you thought the opening number couldn’t be topped then you’re wrong because this ‘dueling hosts’ bit with three-time Tony Award host Hugh Jackman is pretty amazing.

Then, for his closing number he busted out a hastily composed and masterfully delivered rap about the show that had just aired, such a good delivery for what had to have been only a few minutes of prep.
