According to Visibli, a social media marketing and analytics company, artists like The Smashing Pumpkins and companies like Zagat are using its services such as its “Engagement Bar” to extend their brand and promote their products.
This week, Visibli is introducing a new feature called “Sneak Peek,” which is similar to a Compete.com for Twitter, allowing you to look at anyone’s Twitter link analytics. Users can see how their links have performed over time, as well as how much traffic others have driven to various sites through their sharing. It can also be used by brands and agencies to identify and target influencers. It’s like Google Analytics, but for the source (of the shared link) rather than the destination.
