Miso Music, an iOS app that will hit the Apple App Store in a few weeks, is like Guitar Hero for real life. The app is designed to teach you to play a number of string instruments and can even be used to listen to your actual string instrument through your iOS device microphone to tell you how you’re doing. The company’s business model will be to sell songs/instructional music, but the download of the app will be free according to the founders who we interviewed below in the video.
