On the precipice of the big VR boom — did you order your Oculus Rift? — game engine developer Unity will be holding its Vision VR/AR Summit next Wednesday in Hollywood, California. But if you can’t make it down and still want to know the hottest news happening in this space, there will be a free livestream for you to get in on the action.

According to a press release about the event, users will be able to stream the opening keynote, which includes participation from unity execs as well as Oculus CEO Palmer Luckey and other luminaries from Google, NASA and Sony.

The event promises live demos and technology debuts, which will whet your whistle if you’re hyped on VR.
