Twitter launches a new Safety Center to help you learn how to handle harassment

Twitter has been making a few changes recently to help make its users a bit safer from harassment, and today it’s launching a new Safety Center so you can learn how to best handle misbehaving users.

While there aren’t any new features, it basically works as a hub to educate you on best practices while online, including guides and links to previously announced features, such as making it easier to file police reports on threatening users.

It also provides information on Twitter’s policies, and includes sections specifically created for teens, parents and educators.

The 💜 of EU tech

The latest rumblings from the EU tech scene, a story from our wise ol' founder Boris, and some questionable AI art. It's free, every week, in your inbox. Sign up now!

Twitter says the tool is meant to help anyone learn about safety online, whether they’re on twitter or not. It’ll continue to improve the hub over time, but for now, you can check it out for yourself at safety.twitter.com.
