It’s not clear why, but it would seem that Twitter’s newly launched service, Twitter for Newsrooms has been blocked in the UAE.
We can’t see the logic behind the move, seeing as Twitter is freely available in the UAE, and blocking a service which aims to enhance the experience seems counterproductive.
Whether this is an inadvertent block, similar to the one that got Tumblr temporarily blocked in Kuwait is not clear. Only time will tell.
