You’re standing in the shower or maybe sitting at your desk when it happens — that million dollar idea. TNW and General Assembly want to help you overcome that pitfall by offering two £1,000 scholarships to GA’s Front-End Web Development course in London.
During the ten-week course you’ll learn best practices for Web development. You’ll dig in deep with CSS, HTML and Javascript. You’ll build prototypes and you’ll walk away with the knowledge necessary to make Websites that people love to use.

Benji Lanyado built his wildly-successful Reddit Edit site as a prototype during the school, and he’s now stepped up to Ruby on Rails for his next project, a platform for interactive storytelling. Oh, and he built Reddit Edit with zero previous code experience.
On top of the direct education you’ll also have access to GA’s office hours, online material and ever-growing list of alumni. If you’re looking for a change of scenery, GA also touts a growing network of over 50 hiring partners. You’ll be invited to all GA Happy Hours, three free classes or workshops and you’ll have the chance to return to GA as a teaching assistant after graduation.
